Sena graduated from Istanbul Commerce University, Department of Tourism Management and completed her master's degree in Human Resources Management at the same university and completed her thesis on the Mediating Role of Organizational Justice in the Relationship between Diversity Management and Organizational Commitment.Sena, who wanted to continue her career in the field of human resources, started to work as an Office Coordinator at Adecco during her thesis phase. In this role, Sena was responsible for mass recruitment projects and has been working as a Talent Research Specialist at Humanera HR Consulting since December 2021.Sena has been involved in the recruitment projects of FMCG, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Software, Food, Retail and IT sectors and has also taken part in the RPO projects of IT and Technology functions as a recruiter.
