HUMANERA, both as a legal entity and as individual employees, undertakes to adhere to the principle of confidentiality in all services it provides to its business partners.

Within this framework, the information obtained during the activities, the evaluation results and the reports prepared are not given to third parties in any way and under any circumstances, no explanation is made in this regard and they are definitely not shared.

While providing all the consultancy services it undertakes, HUMANERA continues its activities without entering into any relationship of interest and without being under the influence of any person or organization, and in this sense, the information and documents belonging to business partners are under protection. Managers and employees cannot engage in any behavior that may cast doubt on their impartiality and confidentiality commitment regarding their activities.

In order to fulfill its confidentiality commitment, our organization receives a confidentiality declaration from all its employees one by one. This declaration covers all the principles and conditions described above, and managers and employees who violate it commit disciplinary offenses.
