Prior to his career at Talent Acquisition Consulting, Leman worked in financial services in the credit risk management function for 8 years. Then, he started his career in talent acquisition consulting in 2018.He continued his career as a Recruitment Consultant in leading companies in the consulting industry for more than 3 years. In the company she worked for, she made valuable contributions to bring Health and Life Sciences expertise to an important point within the company. He specialized in optimal talent search and candidate sourcing strategies and candidate - customer experience management. Leman has successfully completed various support functions as well as industry-specific mid-level management positions.She has been involved in various projects with many global and local business partners in the field of Healthcare and Life Sciences and has taken active roles in the selection and placement processes of suitable candidates. Following her career as a Recruitment Consultant responsible for Health and Life Sciences, she is currently working as a Sector Manager.Leman graduated from Dumlupınar University, Department of Economics and completed her MBA at Okan University.
