Gizem, who graduated from Uludağ University International Relations, worked in the field of "SALES" in different companies in order to improve her sales and communication skills during her school education. After choosing Human Resources as her professional career, she received SAP HR and Human Resources Management trainings. Her first work experience in the field of Human Resources was in the international coaching sector as a "Business Development Officer" in areas such as finding new customers, developing customer relationships, preparing presentations and recruitment. As of August 2023, she continues her Human Resources career as a Research Officer at HUMANERA Consulting.
