Göksel Önder has gained a rich work experience as a manager and consultant in reputable local and foreign organizations in his professional career of more than 35 years. He has assumed the role of finance management in internationally respected service companies and realized departmental setups. He has worked as a Performance Consultant for food and retail companies, leading system installations and organizational change projects.
In 2008, he founded HUMANERA, a Talent Acquisition Consulting company to create value for the future. The success of HUMANERA under his leadership has enabled him to lead the Turkish operation of TRANSEARCH International, one of the world's top 10 Top Executive transfer companies, for nearly 9 years.
At TRANSEARCH, she has worked in global industrial applications as well as global business development teams.
In his projects at TRANSEARCH, he was awarded for the best use of company culture and leadership project tools.
In the last 19 years, Göksel has placed numerous executives, CEOs and board members in various top positions. He also conducts coaching and career support programs (outplacement) projects.
In addition to her work in Turkey, she has implemented various executive transfer projects in Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, North and South America.
She also contributes to social responsibility projects to increase the number, reputation and impact of talented women leaders in Turkey and to gender equality, coaching/mentoring programs for women entrepreneurs, and volunteer work in the fields of preparing young people for business life, both at the board level and as a founding member.
She graduated from Hampstead Garden Suburb Institute Sales and Marketing Management and Business Management, and is the mother of one child.
