As HUMANERA;
we are conducting a search for a Plant Director on behalf of our business partner operating in the FMCG sector, seeking to reinforce its growth momentum through operational excellence.
The role is not limited to managing existing operations. It also entails:
- Integrating new product development and innovation processes into manufacturing
- Designing the scaling architecture in line with increasing capacity demands
- Driving OEE improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization
- Strengthening quality and food safety standards
- Structuring leadership transformation within the production organization
The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and transformation-driven — capable of integrating innovation with operational discipline and balancing manufacturing excellence with commercial growth.
Beyond operational leadership, this role requires a new-generation leadership mindset — one that illuminates the team, develops capabilities, fosters motivation, and carries a strong mentorship perspective.
