Finance Executive

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established and corporate company operating in the manufacturing sector for a Finance Executive.

We are looking for a finance professional who combines a strong understanding of finance and accounting with hands-on operational experience, leadership capabilities, and a genuine interest in digitalization, innovation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s day-to-day finance operations and cash flow effectively,
• Oversee supplier payments and payment planning processes,
• Monitor customer receivables and lead collection activities,
• Manage the company’s cheque-intensive financial flows, including cheque transfer processes,
• Coordinate finance and accounting processes and ensure smooth collaboration between relevant functions,
• Actively use and manage financial processes through SAP FI,
• Prepare and provide accurate financial reports and analyses to management,
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control, and sustainability across finance processes,
• Lead initiatives focused on digitalization, automation, and process improvement within the finance function,
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial procedures,
• Coordinate and lead the finance team, supporting team development and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
• Residing in İzmir or able to relocate to İzmir,
• Fluent/professional English communication skills,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance,
• Basic accounting knowledge and solid experience in finance management or a similar managerial role,
• Previous experience within corporate organizations, preferably in the manufacturing sector,
• Hands-on experience in supplier payments, customer collections, cash flow management, and cheque processes,
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with SAP FI,
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities,
• A proactive mindset with a strong interest in digitalization, technology, and innovation,
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills,
• A hands-on, results-oriented professional who takes ownership and drives initiatives,
