JOB DESCRIPTION
- Actively contribute to software development while providing technical guidance and code reviews to empower the engineering team
- Lead system design, architectural decisions, and technical infrastructure processes
- Respond to and resolve technical emergencies when necessary
- Manage and mentor a small technical team, ensuring motivation and growth
- Oversee project management processes and monitor team performance
- Contribute to the company’s technology strategy and support long-term, sustainable growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- Senior-level proficiency in programming (preferably Python)
- Experience with AWS and Linux environments
- Proven ability to design and maintain resilient, scalable systems
- Strong background in system design and architecture
- Familiarity with AI trends and emerging technologies
- Experience in project management and people leadership
- Strong hiring instincts and ability to build and scale a technical team
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strategic, analytical, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- High sense of organizational loyalty and long-term mindset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Located within time zones between GMT+3 and GMT-5
