Göksel Önder has a wealth of business experience as a senior executive and a consultant on both sides 33 years. She is an experienced Business Consultant, covering a full range of business models across most disciplines and sectors.

In 33 years of experience, she has led diversified functions such as Finance, HR and Business Performance Consultancy especially in Executive Search, Coaching, Talent Management & Leadership Development.
Before her career in Executive Search & Leadership Consultancy, she worked as Performance Consultant at Doğuş Group for its food and retail companies.

Prior to her consulting career Göksel held managerial positions in finance management with well-known international hospitality companies undertaking the establishment and development of credit and finance departments.

Göksel possesses vast experience in conducting executive search assignments, coaching, outplacement projects for major reputable local and multinational companies. She has successfully conducted numerous cross-border searches. She has successfully delivered assignments in the Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific and North & South America.
She led TRANSEARCH International Turkey operation for 8 year. She took active role in global key account team and global strategy team as well as Industrial Practice Group. She is a recipient of the prestigious ‘Distinguished Consultant of the Year 2015’, from TRANSEARCH worldwide.
She holds a BSc degree in Business Administration and Sales & Marketing Management. She is a Professional Coach.
Specialization in Board Services and Executive Search in Consumer Goods, Industrial Goods.
She provided outplacement consultancy in automotive, automotive after-market and industry goods sectors and the companies.
She is a social society volunteer in women advancing and gender equality. She is both founder board member and vice president of several NGOs.
