QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities such as Economics, Finance, Business Administration and Labor Economics,
  • Good knowledge of labor law and regulations
  • At least 5 years’ experience in payroll and personal affairs,
  • Good command of SAP knowledge, MS Office programs,
  • Excel skills for business reporting,
  • Capable of analyzing, creating statistical data, planning, tracking and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, dynamic.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execution of personal and payroll processes within the framework of legal regulations,
  • Performing all payroll / accrual transactions of employees,
  • Making reconciliation procedures by preparing summary and other reports of the relevant month,
  • Performing employee recruitment and exit procedures,
  • Following the employee data and organizing it on the system,
  • Follow-up and reporting of incentive practices benefited
